1020 Hour Master's Program

Students who desire a more in depth clinical approach to massage therapy will choose to take the 1020 Hour Master’s Program.  Students will learn advanced knowledge and skills in treating chronic pain, repetitive strain patterns, postural compensations and injuries.  After completing the basic entry level courses, student move on to learning NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) where a system of precise muscle tests can neurologically restore balance to the body.  Students will learn assessment and treatment plans, as well as, corrective exercise and stretches to meet the needs of their clients.  Advanced fascial releases will be taught in releasing excessive pressure on nerves, joints, muscles and osseous structures.
